Keep cool & popsicle on! It’s becoming harder to find some of our favorite store-bought summer favorites without all the added sugar so I am taking matters into my own hands! Growing up in the Iowa humidity, popsicles were a summer staple. Does anyone remember Orange Push Ups? Those were my jam, but sugar & corn syrup are among the top ingredients. Not to mention-one pop contains over half the suggested daily sugar intake for an adult woman! Here I have a treat that is not only free of added sugars but will keep you and your family cool, hydrated & happy enough to beat the summer heat. These orange coconut creamsicles have vitamin c, electrolytes and a bit of protein and will take your taste buds on a little summer vacay.
