We are all busy doing what can feel like a billion things during the week, and if we don’t plan, eating healthy balanced meals can easily be put on the back burner. Meal Planning is not for everyone, but it is something I truly enjoy so I thought, why not share the meals that I have planned for my family each week, so all you have to do is make a list & grab groceries?
I’ve a compiled a list of five weeknight recipes & one breakfast. I’ve also included tips on how to make each recipe family friendly. All of the recipes I include below are planned with simplicity & ease in mind.
