Hi, I am Alex. I am a personal chef, recipe curator & brand new mama. I specialize in creating recipes using whole food ingredients for both my clients & this blog. My recipe style kicks diet mindset & food labels to the curb and focuses on easy, attainable healthy eating through body intuition & real food ingredients. My goal is for my clients to make choices around food that leave them feeling energized and MOST IMPORTANTLY I encourage them to eat foods they enjoy.
