I love meal planning & picking out recipes to cook for the week ahead. You may call me crazy, or you may share my excitement for recipe planning but either way- this post is here to provide easy inspiration for the weeks to come. I’ll be updating this post week, by week as I pick out meals for this round of Whole30. Here is what you can expect from my planning
Breakfast: I like to meal prep one breakfast for the week. Typically I do this on Sunday. This allows me to have something ready to heat up, with minimal work or cleanup on busy weekdays.
Lunch/Dinner: I’m cooking for 2 adults + a soon to be toddler. Recipes typically make 4-6 servings and because of this, my lunches are usually made up of last night’s dinner leftovers.
