Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

Guacamole
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, minced
Creamy Cilantro Lime Sour Cream Layer
  • 1/2 c organic sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, minced
Additional Ingredients
  • 12 oz pico de gallo
  • 1 1/2 C refried beans

Method
 

  1. For the guacamole: In a medium mixing bowl, mash the avocado, lime juice, and salt with a fork until it reaches your preferred consistency. Stir in the cilantro.
  2. For the Creamy Lime Cilantro Sour Cream: Place the sour cream, cream cheese, cilantro and lime juice in a medium mixing bowl and mix until mostly smooth.
Assemble: In a a bowl or serving tray add the refriend beans and spread into an even layer. Top with sour cream, then guacamole & top with pico de gallo.

Serve with chips & enjoy!
