- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Pinch sausage into pan to make very rustic "meat balls" and brown 4-6 minutes. Remove from pan & Set aside.
- Heat remaining 1tbsp oil, add onion, carrots, garlic. Sauté 4-5 minutes until softened.
- Blend one can of beans with 2 cups broth until smooth
- Add blended mixture to pot along with sausage, remaining beans, broth, kale, bouillon, and seasonings.
- Reduce to medium-low, cover, simmer for minimum of 20 minutes.
- Serve with grated Parmesan
