- For the strawberry basil vinaigrette: Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
- For the Salad: Add spinach or arugula to a large bowl, layer on the strawberries, blueberries, avocado slices, red onion, feta, nuts & hemp seeds. Toss with dressing and enjoy.
Notes
For Kiddos: Deconstruct the salad and leave the dressing for dipping!
Add Protein: Hemp seeds are a great source of plant based protein, but this salad is also great topped with a grilled protein of your choice.
