If you are unable to buy pre cut kabob meat at your local meat counter. Dice desired steak into 1.5 inch cubes.
In a bowl combine coconut aminos. oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic powder, basil, parsley & pepper. Place steak in a large bowl, zip lock or baking dish. Pour marinade over steak, cover & refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Marinate up to overnight.
When ready to cook: Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350-450°). While the grill preheats, Assemble marinated steak, onion & red pepper onto skewers. When assembling it is best to put like sized pieces next to one another to allow for all the ingredients to lay evenly on the grill grates.
Place skewers on the grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes. cook times may vary based on thickness of cuts of steak, plus desired doneness. For Medium doneness cook until steak reaches internal temp of 145°.
