In a blender add oil, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, paprikia, garlic & salt. Blend until smooth.
Place the steak in a resealable bag or baking dish. Pour the marinade over the steak & marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes up to overnight.
When ready to eat, Preheat grill to high heat (400-500°) & oil the grates. Grill the steak 3 to 5 minutes per side for medium rare (or 135°) or 4-6 minutes per side for medium (145°). Cooking times may vary based on thickness of steak. Transfer to a cutting board & let rest for 5-7 minutes. Chop into bite size pieces.
While the steak is cooking I recommend warming your tortillas over an open flame or in a fry pan.
Serve steak on warm tortillas & top with desired garnishes.
