Instant Pot Baked Potatoes
- Wash & Dry the potatoes. Puncture each potato 4-5 times using a fork or knife.
- Place the steamer rack in the instant pot. Add the potatoes + 1 Cup of water. Cook on manual for 14 minutes. Let natural release for at least 5 minutes.
Quick 15 Minute Chili
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add onions to the pan, saute for 2-3 minutes before adding the ground beef. Cook until meat is browned, about 4 minutes.
- Add the chili powder, cumin & garlic powder the pan. Toss to coat the meat.
- Add the tomato sauce. Stir. Allow to simmer until ready to serve.
Hot Dogs
- Grill or use a skillet to cook the hot dogs for 2-3 minutes. Flip & repeat.
- Cut Baked potatoes down the middle longwise. Add a hotdog. Top with chili, cheese & garnishes. Enjoy!
