Ingredients
  

  • 1 C compliant mayo
  • 1/4 C cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 -2 tsp hot sauce based on desired heat level
  • 2 tbsp water optional. See instructions

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients, except the water, in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add water to reach desired consistency.
  2. If you don't have a blender, finely chop the cilantro & garlic. Add all ingredients to a bowl & mix to combine.
