All of our favorite dips in one bowl! This Confetti Layered party dip is made up of pico de gallo , creamy cilantro lime sour cream , classic refried beans and, of course, guacamole. It’s a party pleaser.
So, I get pretty psyched about menu planning when it comes to a party. The first thing that comes to mind is ALWAYS a guac & salsa. Growing up my mom always made a layered bean dip for gatherings and its still one of my favorite things to this day. So this recipe is really a take on that recipe.
Not to mention that a dip like this pairs well with margaritas and I LOVE margaritas.
Can I make it Dairy Free?
Absolutely yes. Grab your favorite sour cream & cream cheese to make up your creamy layer. I love brands like Kite Hill & Green Valley (lactose Free).
What to Serve with:
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. I prefer classic corn chips or Siete Dip Chips.

Confetti Layered Party Dip
Ingredients
Guacamole
- 2 avocados
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp cilantro, minced
Creamy Cilantro Lime Sour Cream Layer
- 1/2 c organic sour cream
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp cilantro, minced
Additional Ingredients
- 12 oz pico de gallo
- 1 1/2 C refried beans
Instructions
- For the guacamole: In a medium mixing bowl, mash the avocado, lime juice, and salt with a fork until it reaches your preferred consistency. Stir in the cilantro.
- For the Creamy Lime Cilantro Sour Cream: Place the sour cream, cream cheese, cilantro and lime juice in a medium mixing bowl and mix until mostly smooth.
Assemble: In a a bowl or serving tray add the refriend beans and spread into an even layer. Top with sour cream, then guacamole & top with pico de gallo.
Serve with chips & enjoy!
