This is one of my favorites when I’m looking for a salad that is a little extra. It’s sweet, salty & the chipotle ranch is so luscious it seems naughty.
Salads should not be an item that you associate with a diet. It should be viewed as a bowl that you can fill to the brim with healthy, nutrient dense ingredients and top with a delicious healthy fat whether it be a creamy dressing like this one – or an oil based vinaigrette to keep it on the lighter side. Either way I’m always team salad because anything you can eat from a bowl kicks ass.
