1 - 1.5lbsteak kabob meatsub: sirloin cut into 1 inch cubes
1red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch wide chunks
1green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch wide chunks
1red onion, cut into 1 inch wide chunks

Instructions
In advance: Prepare your marinade by mixing all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Place steak in a baggie or baking dish & pour over marinade. Cover & store in the refrigerator. Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes, up to 12 hours.
When Ready to cook: heat your grill to400°. Thread onions, peppers & steak onto skewers.
Lightly oil the grill, then place the kabobs on the grill, cover, and let cook for 3-4 minutes, then flip & repeat. Cook until internal temp reaches 145° for medium well .
Serve with tortillas, salsa, fresh cilantro and avocado or swap the tortillas and serve over rice with beans. Enjoy.
