Crunchy Turkey Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb organic ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/3 c. chicken bone broth
  • 1 small can mild green chiles
For the Tacos
  • Crunchy taco shells
  • chopped romaine
  • diced tomato
  • plain greek yogurt or sour cream
  • taco sauce

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Brown the ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Add tomato paste and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Add taco seasoning, green chiles, and bone broth. Stir to combine. Then Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. While turkey simmers, chop romaine, tomato, and avocado. Warm tortillas.
  5. Build your tacos. Top with Greek yogurt and Sky Valley taco sauce.
