Method
- Preheat your grill to 350-400 degrees F. Once the grill is preheated, clean your grill using a grill brush. I also recommend oiling your grates with some olive or avocado oil.
- Top the naan with sauce & desired toppings. In this recipe I'm using pesto, grape tomatoes, shredded pizza cheese & prosciutto.
- Place the fully loaded pizzas onto the grill. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes, just until the toppings have heated and melted. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Slice up & Enjoy!
