Quick Flatbread with Avocado and Honey

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lg flat bread or 2 rounds of naan
  • dairy free chive cream cheese brand: kitehill
  • 1 lg avocado or 2 medium
  • honey for drizzle
  • arugula, cilantro or microgreens for garnish
  • olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven to 425. Brush the flatbread or naan with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet & bake for 8-12 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Top Flatbread or naan with cream cheese, sliced avocado, drizzle with honey and top with greens of choice. Cut and serve. Enjoy!
