Method
- In a large skillet add 1/4 cup water and the green beans on high heat and bring to a boil, cooking for 3 minutes. Drain & set aside. Wipe out pan.
- Place pan back over medium heat & melt 2 tbsp of ghee.
- Add onions, and saute for 3-4 minutes.
- Add green beans & saute for an additional 3-5 minutes. Allow the beans to sit and get blistered.
- Season with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Toss to coat.
- Add coconut aminos & almonds. Toss to coat & cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately & enjoy.
