Just call me the sauce boss. I love sauce, and dips, and this spicy Whole30 compliant ranch has been a long time coming.
I’m very particular about my ranch. I’ve never been a Hidden Valley kind of girl. I like mine garlicky, not thick, and loaded with flavor. It’s taken me a few years to really find my stride when it comes to homemade ranch so let me share some recipes that got me here.
Whole30 Ranch Recipes
I love ranch as a dip, but as I mentioned I’m very particular about the flavor. If you are looking for a Classic Ranch Recipe, these 2 are my favorite:
The Class Whole30 Dump Ranch
Dill Pickle Aioli – trust me, tastes like ranch
Where to use this ranch
- Salad Dressing
- Dip
- Drizzle on a Taco, quesadilla, taquitos, etc.
Whole30 Spicy Ranch
Ingredients
- 1 C compliant mayo
- 1/4 C cilantro
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 -2 tsp hot sauce based on desired heat level
- 2 tbsp water optional. See instructions
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except the water, in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add water to reach desired consistency.
- If you don't have a blender, finely chop the cilantro & garlic. Add all ingredients to a bowl & mix to combine.
