My recipe style kicks diet mindset & food labels to the curb and focuses on easy, attainable healthy eating through body intuition & real food ingredients. My goal is for my clients to make choices around food that leave them feeling energized and MOST IMPORTANTLY I encourage them to eat foods they enjoy. Healthy eating doesn't mean gnawing on a raw carrot, it can be flavorful and fun and adventurous and sharing recipes that fit that bill is my mission.
