Philly Cheese Steaks are known for being juicy, cheesy and extra greasy! That’s what makes them delish! These Philly’s are still packed with that juicy flavor (extra napkins, please) while using some better ingredient swaps to make them just as indulgent, with a lot less guilt (and gut ache).

Easily make these gluten free by swapping out your bun choice. Eliminate the cheese completely for dairy free. I lather on some mayo to the bun, so even in the absence of cheese you get that nice creamy bite! Another option is to add sliced goat cheese for a cheese that digest just a bit easier! All easy options to upgrade your classic philly to a down right fake out take out meal.
