Brussels Sprouts, I love them. These are definitely my favorite vegetable and this recipe is my go to side dish! I make it at least 3-4 times a month and I don’t plan on stopping! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Also note that my husband does NOT like brussels sprouts, so the serving size on this is ALL ME.
The Best Ever Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 5 C shredded Brussels sprouts
- 1.5 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the ghee over medium heat.
- Add the shredded brussels sprouts to the skillet. Toss to coat. Allow to saute for 2-3 minutes
- Add the garlic powder and saute for another minute or two or until brussels are soft
- Finish by adding coconut aminos, salt & pepper. Stir before removing from heat.
